A start from scratch
Not many garden tools were needed in the city, so we had to start from almost scratch.
The previous owner of the house had left us a few useful things (a ‘starter pack’), but most of the things had to be acquired urgently.
To keep the garden maintained, a complete set of equipment had to be purchased.
I chose an electric, battery-powered set, so I can run all the tools (leaf blower, lawnmower, hedge trimmer, edger) from one battery.
In addition to these, of course, many hand tools were needed.
